Why cant i list ghd pink hair straightners? (trademark breach)?

I am a seller on ebay, and i listed brand new genuine pink ghd hair straightners last night, to wake up this morning to find my listing has been removed because of a trademark breach. Any advice on why/how i can get round this problem. There are hundreds of ghd hair straightner listings on ebay.
