What should i do for his 21st!?

Hes turning 21 on monday, sunday we are going to a beach regea festival till ten, im sure at twelve he will want to go out, but for the morning?!!! i want to wake him up with a party or something. I got him a flask with his name on it for a little HEY your 21, dont know what to get him, i want to take him to breakfast and buy him mimosas and stuff>? help idk
