well im about 5'4,17yrs old and weight 135pounds (i feel SUPERRRR HUGE) iv been gaining weight in the last 2yrs..i used to weight 120..i want to go back down to 120 or atleast 125 before may 28 (Prom).wats the best way? besides throwing up hlpppp plz thanX
