Is this malicious prosecution?

Long story short, I was given tickets for street racing and improper lane usage. I am in no way remotely guilty and all "witnesses" and evidence is completely bogus. Any logical thinking judge will see this come trial day. uming I am found not guilty, what is the next step to get compensation for all of the missed days of work, attorney fees, etc.?
