I need to know the name of this anime series! its totally bugging me!!?

okay so i use to watch this show a while ago (dont exactly know when) & am dying to watch it again. its about this group of people who get abducted & a scientist turns them into cyborgs or whatever. the main character looks a bit like the older version of astro boy lol. he can slow time & go super fast by clicking the back of his teeth. there is also a short old guy with a power but i dnt know what it is, he has a big nose though. oh & the main character likes one of the blonde girl cyborg people.. & by cyborg i dnt mean actual robot looking, they look human but have uniforms. please help! i think i saw it on adult swim or toonami or something like that, not sure though... please && thank you all who answer (: (: (:
