Why are steve logan, jason gardner, and chris thomas not in the nba?

I don't remember a lot of the players that you listed but I do remember Jason Gardner who was outstanding point guard at Arizona I did follow him .......the year he was supposed to be drafted no teams picked him up and he ended up playing overseas he did mention in an interview he doesn't really care about playing in the NBA becuz he made a good living playing overseas
