Where is the english flag?

when creating an avatar if you go on the flag page there is a UK flag, a welsh flag and a scottish flag... but no english flag? i love the UK flag, im a proud brit aswell as a proud englishman, but if YA are going to make the effort in putting 2 flags up that have absolutely no political importance, they are merely the flag representing identity, being proud of your heritage... why not put an england flag up there aswell?
