What is Promiscuity in a 9 year old?

I know what promiscuous grown women and adolescent do ,like having multiple partners.But what about in a 9 year old, what behaviors will be considered promiscuous in a young girl like that? I'm just wondering like what can a child as young as that can do to be labeled as Promiscuous.
