Maths Statistics Project - Gambling?

I have to do a maths statistics project on two variable statistics and want to do it on gambling (maybe Blackjack) but can't think of what to do. It should have some correlation and an example we were given at school is relationship between weight and height. Can anyone think of anything I can do that is related to gambling which would be similar?
