Is this structure possible?

Can an oxygen atom have 10 electrons... more specifically, double bonded to carbon, with 6 more lone electrons? I saw a Lewis structure of H2COO, and the oxygen w/out the H attached to it is double bonded to carbon and has 6 lone electrons. I feel like this is a typo, is it possible? Wouldn't this give it a charge of like -4?
