Is the internet the place religions have come to die?

they said the same about the printed word and it actually helped religion. as long as there is unhappiness, there will be religion, and there wouldn't be facebook if people were happy and had enough real friends, so if anything it will recharge religion as miserable people find themselves congregating easier than ever before.
