I've had itching around my Annis and and it gets very irritating.?

I don't hve any lumps bumps, or blisters. sometimes the ares do et a little inflamed. isn't painful. And I don't have any internal burning sometimes it burns externally when I urinate. It's itchy on and off through the day. and it's not like it's here one day and gone the next it's everyday. What is it ??? I haven't cheated i only have with my fiance and we don't use condoms. Help
