Does this count as ?

i was coming out of last lesson today in school and i past a group of about 9 boys all in my year but some i dont know and i waas walking through the back playground and it was empty and they followed me and 3 of them pinned me against the wall and i couldnt fight them off , then the rest off them came over and started trying to touch me up and undress m;e so i was trying to kick scratch and punch but i couldnt , so they continued grabbing me where i didnt like it andwhen they fineshed after about 5 minutes they fought me to the floor and dragged me over a low fence , now i am home i have scratches and marks all over my arms and my legs ,they are also bruised and verry painfull , my are sore and bruised to , i dont know what to do ? shall i tell anyone? does it count as ?
