Anyone know how I can register to vote for the propositions in monterey county? ?

This is the first time I am registering to vote and I need more information on it. I registered to vote already, but I am not sure if I can also vote for the propositions and for the presidential voting. Can anyone explain to me in more detail? I would like to vote for both and I just want to know if I registered to vote for the presidential, propositions or both?
